Video: Romney needs to be an “open book” if he’s going to run for president, says … Obama. Amazing hubris for someone who’s spent millions keeping his birth certificate and college records sealed tighter than a drum. The only question we have is why doesn’t Romney attack this?

How funny coming from a man who has spent millions to keep his birth certificate out of the public. He has had his college transcripts sealed, his passport information sealed.
So if Romney needs to be transparent, barry better be doing the same thing.
He has EVERYTHING sealed. We can't even get any information on the "jobs" he supposedly held other than a job title.

If Romney had said on his first book bio that he was born in Kenya, the son of a Kenyan finance minister, before saying, No, he was actually born in Hawaii, the son of an African student, I wonder if there would be any media interest in such a change of story?
No.
Of course not. They are not hypocrites. At all. Everyone is entitled to "mis-speak" about silly things like where they were born and who their parents are. That's a lot of information to remember after all. we need to give them the benefit of the doubt.
It's only a lot to remember when you're making it all up.

I watched a recent episode of "Futurama" last night, and although I'm a big fan, they really jumped the shark with this one. I can handle political satire if it's funny, but this was so thinly disguised as to not really be satire at all. A Democrat candidate for President, the only voice of reason among a group of ridiculous candidates (including a goofy Alaskan), the Senator from Hawaii, with a "funny" last name, having earned the Nobel Peace Prize, being asked to provide his "earth certificate," and the people who asked being portrayed as dimwitted yokels? Nope, no agenda here!
Oh, and by the way, this candidate came back in time to save humanity!

Vic, that Dateline NBC thing was the final straw, so to speak, to my acceptance of the fact that supposed keepers of the gate (teachers, news reporting, leaders etc) had been lying to me for years and pushing their own agenda.
I have this thing based on the "stages of grief", denial, bargaining and so on, in notepad as an illustration of how I got to where I am but between my brain (makes perfect sense) and the page it breaks down. Would love to see what somebody here more eloquent than I could do with it.
