The folks here all of a sudden down want this thing, I guess they are afraid their freebies will be cut off by mean old Jerry Clown Brown. Less than 1 percent of people surveyed said they would ride it regularly....over 64 percent say no to the train....and Stockton's pension long term health care is also 68 billion if you listen to the retard mayor and city manager..They are so special, we got three parking garages and the new city hall repo'd by Wells Fargo...if this place gets any dumber the libturds will all start to vacation here.

I assume you mean 68 billion; 68 million is chump change to California lawmakers, although it would still be a complete waste if it were only 68 dollars.
