Good grief. Fifteen million dollars in what was it? Seventeen years? That's close enough to a million dollars a year to make me pretty damn angry. No wonder the place is a cesspool of incompetence and impotence. They're too busy chasing interns to get anything worthwhile done.
But here's the real question: why don't they let us voters know who is getting accused and causing our money to be paid out? Wouldn't that be germane information before we cast our votes?
