The shots came from Mexico but the guns were probably ATF issue. Remember Holders Fast and Furious program? The cartel thugs were just returning the ammo.

It seems to me that If Reagan was president, this would have been considered a hostile attack on US assets, and the military would have been assembled along the border, and an assault on the cartels would have been in order.

Not a single word from the fools in DC on both sides. It's time to SEAL the borders. Then check every last shipment coming across. Until this is done, those on the borders and just beyond them are going to face more and more of these types of incidents.

Here it is almost a week later and still no word from the clowns in charge. I guess Boner, McConnell and the Obummer don't want this getting out, it may derail their efforts to pass TPP and TPA, which gives the Obummer free rein on changing our immigration laws all by himself.
Just boggles the mind that this administration sits on it's ass and does nothing. And we have people that are so stupid running for president they think these cartels members are here for the "love"...Our border is a joke and the administration is a complete failure. Like I said before we'll be lucky to live through this till 2017 given the incompetent assholes in D.C.
The Military should be along the border, a few battles with the cartel goons and a bunch of photos of DEAD cartel members would cut down on the problems. But then you still have the Mexican Army that regularly comes across the border and we don't see or hear a thing about it.
Political pageantry... there needs to be a fundamental transformation back to what this country is supposed to be and that ain't gonna happen in the voting booth.
