What is often overlooked is that Buffett also owns a big stake in Moody's, one of the Big 3 credit rating agencies that were giving AAA ratings to the mortgage-backed bonds that eventually collapsed and caused the crisis. So besides being Baptist and bootlegger, one of his subsidiaries was telling the drunks that liquor is good for them.
Another thing that's overlooked is that he was one of the perverted Omaha businessmen implicated in the Franklin Scandal.
