It's common for black fraternities to exclude whites from their parties. But some people just want to be all butthurt for some reason.
I don't know this common exclusion that you are mentioning first hand, but if Black Fraternities (and Sororities) want to discriminate on race (as long as they are privately held and accountable) I have no problem with that and I say the same for Asian, Hispanic and European and everyone else. Everyone has the right of free assembly correct?
Freedom of association is a guaranteed right. If a group of Asians, Blacks, Hispanics, Whites, whoever, wants to exclude others from the group, so what? And still, if that's what they're basing their criteria on, why would anyone want to hang out with the racists?
I'd also extend this to public bathrooms and showers. If women want to exclude people with a penis from their facility, I think that should be just OK fine, as it has been for quite some time.
