I don't understand why there weren't cops when there is something going on the streets. I can't read this story it is too long maybe they explained it. I am horrified and I don't understand why this man seems to be alive, he got shot but he is not dead? I would have shot this bastard dead perhaps not in time to save the soldier but definitely at some point. There is no reason why this animal should be alive to talk to a camera about how he is sacrificing innocent people to his blood thirsty evil god.
KQ, very few UK police have guns. Patrol officers do not. They are only allowed guns if they are on special response teams or special homeland security teams. All the regular bobby has is a whistle and a baton. The citizens can't even carry a baton, much less a gun.
