He lost it the day the SCOTUS ruled in favor of Obamacare.
It was already as popular as flatulence at a church potluck (hence the 2010 midterms), but now it truly needed undone from the top down.
I also believe Republicans will extend their majority in the House and may regain the Senate tomorrow night for the same reason.
I don't really care when he technically lost, I just want to see him legally lose today!

After the first debate, I turned to my son (15) and said, “we have just seen the next president win the election.” I was reading some of the more amusing tweets to him and, in response to someone who wrote that Romney bitch-slapped Obama, my son (in the crude way that teenagers have at times) said, “Not only that, he bitch-slapped him and then went over to his house and took a dump on his lawn.”
Absolutely that first debate. Mitt had been caricatured for months in MSM and Obama let him redefine himself handily in front of 60+ million likely voters
