  • While I don't give a damn about one's sexuality, & I feel sad for people that are defined by only that, this is about what comes around, goes around. This guy should go to court & press the issue. He needs to be every bit the asshole that the gay couple was about their wedding cake.

    • The problem has been, as long as I can remember paying attention, is when the boomerang comes back and smacks them in the face 'our' side decides to do the so-called honorable thing and not only help them up, but to bend over and let them do it again. Time to kick them while they're down? It's called a fight for a reason, and as far as I'm concerned there are no rules. The left certainly has never played by any, and our 'playing fair' has gotten us exactly where?

        • When was the last time you ever saw an elected "establishment" Republican NOT try to reach across the 'aisle'? These people hate us and what we believe in, and they fight dirty. I'm tired of getting my ass kicked "playing by the rules". But then again, I'm old enough to be your grandfather... wow, that really sucks, from my perspective anyway, where's my cane! lmao

  • Whether you're gay, straight or otherwise, I wouldn't want anything edible that was forcefully made for me.

      • In reference to other demands that have been made in a similar vein, if a wedding photographer is disgusted by the sight of two men embracing, kissing, etc, do you think he'd do a good job as the wedding photographer for that couple?

      I do think it is important to showcase the hypocrisy, however I wouldn't want to truly force anyone to do something for me.

  • Uhm.... I see what they are trying to do and it is obvious that this was going to be their reaction.

    I would have done this differently.

    Ask for a religious cake: Christian, Jewish and Muslim holiday/celebration and see which ones are most discriminated. That would be fascinating to see which ones are most discriminated that is to make sure that Judaic and Muslim dietary laws are STRICTLY followed to see how many don't do it and how many would accommodate and at the see if Christian cakes would be accommodated with very specific figures, etc.

    Ask for a CONSERVATIVE/Fiscal Libertarian/TEA PARTY themed cake AND THEN see the discrimination flow in...

    Ask for a cake (birthday, etc) to be made for a member of a Conservative/Traditional Marriage group...

    No actual mention of anti gay marriage or pro traditional marriage at all.

    THAT in my opinion would really drill the hypocrisy in.

    This way this guy is just putting them on the defensive because it is obvious that they will say no if posed in this matter.

      While I agree with your point and found the video moronic, it can be pretty straight forward BS on the other side.

      • Yes I know the point and I know what is happening.

        I understand that it is very straightforward with them on what they want Christians to do, knowing FULLY well that a practicing Christian will decline.

        I am just stating that to truly hammer the point of hypocrisy home the request either needs to be something else or from specific groups of people...

        With that said gay businesses denying services to specific people and groups have already happened but the media hasn't reported on it as much.

        We have to be far more clever than the other side, much more sophisticated AND far more louder if we really want to make a point.

  • I hope this guy takes his video to the proper authorities and demands they open a case on each of these places.

  • It needs to be more subtle than 'gay marriage is wrong'.

  • This is priceless. Shows the gay mafia's hypocrisy. Even better than Shoebat's sting was the sting by a Colorado pastor described in the first comment. All he asked for was a cake with one of the verses from the Bible that condemns homosexuality. The bakers refused. That, to me, makes for a better case against the bakeries.

      • In today's messed up world, he would lose. Sad that gays can force people to comply or lose their business, but their equivalent hate is not to be used against them.
