  • In Ukraine it is a true freedom movement, like ours in 1776. We are hearing little from the WH or SOS on this one because it scares them. Obama and the democrat party have much in common with Yanukovich and his party when you compare their actions, levels of arrogance and corruption. How to deal with these types, as a people being so badly ruled? In Kiev the population turned out in mass protest and finally refused to be bullied by their corrupt leader and his thugs. They were told not to protest, and thousands protested every day. The government tried brute force with "police" and hired thugs, and finally a mass assult with live ammunition and snipers and still the population fought back, refused to give up. So the dictator got scared and ran off in face of such brave and unyielding opposing force.

    Recall not long ago the WH was also not supportive of the same type of event in Egypt, where Obama's chosen Muslim Brotherhood dictator and thugs were run off in a similar way.

    It scares Obama and his control freak, corrupt democrat party when the people rise up and won't be bullied any more. The fear is they can see it happening one day to themselves.

      Precisely! Everyone remembers all the ammunition and firearms that the Federal government has been buying for the past 36 months. Now we see why! Egypt, Venezuela, Ukraine -- all three of these nations were run by tyrants that America did not necessarily support, but their downfall by people armed with little but megaphones, cobblestones and cell phones... The entire District of Columbia is starting to wear Depends Adult Diapers, seeing what a determined population can do. This CAN HAPPEN in America, and the Obama Administration knows it.

      MY QUESTION: What percentage of armed Federal and State police forces are going to follow orders; "Shoot to Kill"? In each of these countries, the last order given - the last desperate act of the government before it became totally lawless was -- SHOOT THE RIOTERS! AND...some obeyed that order, leaving dead citizens littering the sidewalks. Will American Special Forces kill their fellow citizens? Police snipers and cops with a blood lust -- will they also obey such an order, gladly?

      ANOTHER FACTOR... Here in America the citizens have guns also - something that isn't seen elsewhere, to such a level anyway. BLOOD LUST (the desire to kill your opponent) is seen in any gun forum or 'prepper' forum you read. How will this add to the death toll? I strongly believe in the 2nd Amendment, but knowing that law is good does not remove the knowledge that a lot of people who have guns are unstable and deadly. Will my 'peaceful neighbor' discard his mental constraints and become an urban warfare Walter Mitty? I sure hope not. There's going to be blood enough without his adding to the ante of destruction. Whatever happens, America of the 20th Century is gone forever -- much of it destroyed by our own greed and Obama's Administration.

      • Thanks for the kind comments. It is refreshing to see the good guys come out on top. And hey corrupt democrats and RINOs, Ukrainians could resist with just Molotov coctails and bricks. Imagine what properly armed Americans can do.

      • We have discussed this scenario many times here.
        There are currently serving military folks here, as well as many veterans. The general consensus is that the military is highly unlikely to follow such an order. I have a couple of nephews in the Army, and they agree with me. Police reaction will likely depend mainly on where they are. Most likely Los Angeles PD will follow such orders, but they are least likely to encounter such opposition because of the brainwashed masses in Kalifornia, Florida on the other hand has a unanimous decision from the sheriff departments that they will refuse to follow any order that violates the 2nd amendment.
        All in all, I think we are safe from a tyrannical regime going as far as Venezuela or Cuba, because the citizens are too well armed and the police and military have too much integrity.

  • Guess Putin has a bigger toy selection than this guy. Now that the people have forced Putin's puppet out with no help from quagmire and Heinz-Kerry the two of them will attempt to take credit for this upraising and the success of the people.

    At least this won't be an Arab Spring this time.

    JUST WAIT until Obama leaves office, if he leaves office. They'll strip out the White House down to the wiring and rip out the copper plumbing. Whatever they can't cart off, they'll destroy - just look at the mentality of the people working for Obama. They both KNOW and DESPISE the common everyday hourly worker. Can anyone say "Obamaphone"? This is what happened when Clinton left office. The phones, computers, keyboards, furniture and ashtrays - gone; and you can bet it will be even worse when Obama leaves. You think the Soviets were cruel against Germany after WW2, stripping out their factories and sending them back to Russia as war reparations? Ha! That's only a taste of what the Dems have in store for America if they lose this next presidential election! The Dems have spent years in preparation for either winning or losing this next presidential election. Hell, the liberal progressives have spent 100 years coming this far. They don't plan on giving up just because a silly election didn't go their way.

    Records burned, files missing, key people leaving because they supported Obama and weren't working for the United States in the first place. They were busy accumulating power and personal wealth. Honestly? I would love to see a whole sheaf of criminal indictments issued ONE HOUR after Obama walked out the front door of the White House -- with him, Mooch and Holder at the top of the list. If his helicopter refuses to land, force it down like any other criminal that is on the run.
