He doesn't have a right to molest/rape a child. He doesn't have a right to be excused from that behavior. He doesn't have a right to defend himself when the Father destroys his face. He certainly doesn't have a right to win a suit and he certainly shouldn't be allowed to bring a suit. The moment he made the decision to rape the child, all of his rights were put in the wastebasket. He got rid of his own rights. He has none.
