How can a waiver like this be granted by the White House...the law is the law...of I forgot, we have a dictator in the White House who can manipulate the laws at his will.....

Not many did and I have complained to many in writing and only the responsible ones that didnt vote for this thing have answered back. I am doing my part and I will do always. However it is very difficult when those in powers are not doing theirs.

Me too- but it'll be a year or more too damned late... they had to pass it so that we could find out what's in it... well we're SLOWLY finding out and they're using implementation delays as a pre-election damage control tactic- which itself is a tell of exactly how much they realize that it is a steaming heap of unicorn dung.
