This is the situation, that these people believe that there spending is appropriate and if the "gamble" did not work out, that is okay becaue they can get into someone's pocket and get more. Overall, the thing is that they get mad when the person says no. It is like an evil force that doesn't want to let go of someone when the person no longer wants to participate. That is why I don't like government, it is meant to get to a point where it will get so intrusive that it will actually have the nerve to get angry when I dont believe my rights are being protected anymore.
I'm sure that $16 muffin was worth every cent if our hard working federal employees, Whatever makes those super productive people, producing so much wealth and prosperity for the rest of us, happy.
You do know these hard workers have to work all the way into the late 40s. Worse, some of these poor put upon public employees sometimes do not even retire until 52 at 100% of their last salary, with Cadillac health care, and COLAs.
Love the first line, "Have you heard the one about the Justice Department's $16 muffins? Probably not," - of course they haven't, it's CNN after all. They probably haven't even heard of Solyndra yet if they rely on CNN for the news.
