WILL A NEW COLORADO LAW GIVE LOCAL POLICE POWERS TO THE SECRET SERVICE IN THAT STATE? Is someone trying to sneak a camel into the tent? Normally we’d say no, but we have to wonder why this hasn’t already been a law in Colorado since the Secret Service started visiting there decades ago.

Isn't this just a way to give Obama total control over the state?
Then any gun control/confiscation measures would be done "at the state level" and not be federal intrusion.
More intrusions into state rights.
I hear that Colorado's legislature, working with the higher ed board, recently approved the charter and funding for a new land grant college.
They're calling it Police State.
