If your insurance deductibles are in excess of $5000 before anything is paid, only the most catastrophic health problems get covered at all. And whencopays . Are going up monthly, most people still can't afford care. They would have beenbetter off creating a special insurance fund for people with catastrophic injuries/illnesses and pre existing conditions. Everyone would have had better coverage at better rates
