Like Quagmire is going to obey the law. Expect those justices on the appeals court to get a visit from the IRS, and charged with something by Holder's Department of Injustice.
Nothing is going to change. Does anyone seriously believe the Obama administration is going to enforce the court's ruling?
And just like magic here is your answer, again the administration DOES NOT follow the law....
And, just exactly where is this money going to come from? The treasury's printing press is already in overdrive, and the motors are starting to burn.
Then there is the unsustainable high stock market numbers, which are based on helium and unicorn farts. When that bubble bursts, there will be a crash that they can only blame on Bush and the Koch Brothers.

What about all the states that have fascist-democrat governors and legislators that made a site which was 105% FAIL. Hawaii, Oregon, Massachusetts,... those state exchanges went to the 80-% failed federal abomination because zero people could sign up on those blue hell hole's state sites. What about those?
OAN, I wouldn't celebrate too much because it can go to the fully Reid nuclear option packed full court where the fascist-democrats have a majority. Ultimately I think this goes to the SCOTUS and we know what can happen there. The one good thing that King Barky the Liar did was to exempt the territories as not being states. Thus proving that the unread monstrosity of a tax and control scheme does define "state" to mean a real state. Some times, not often, Obama and his merry band of idiots fuck up so bad it is actually good for the country.
My neighbor claims he's saving money on OCare. Says "everyone he knows" is saving money. I actually said BULLSHIT before I could stop myself. Good thing he's a good guy and took it in stride. I like my neighbors.
Saving money perhaps until he's hit with up unreachable deductible limits and high copays. The premiums are the tip of the iceberg.
Not to mention the sudden increase in the premiums he will get when they discover that all the states who didn't set up exchanges, find all the people that signed up will be dropping out when they lose the subsidies. Then everyone will see much higher premiums, with the "unreachable deductible limits and high copays" on top of it. There will suddenly be a huge number of people that will be going for the hardship exemption, and all this will be before the employer mandate hits, and the employers drop coverage because it's unaffordable.
I love it when a Dumb plan implodes on itself.

Yes, but they need the money from enrollments in all states to keep the prices down. That won't happen when the states that didn't set up exchanges no longer get subsidies. The people will drop out, the prices for everyone in will go up.

This was not the usual case of a poorly written bill; the Democrats did this on purpose in order to force the states to set up their own exchanges. What goes around, comes around. Tough twinkies, Nancy and Harry.
They honestly thought sates would WANT to set up exchanges. However, the smart states saw this as a way to do what John Roberts was too scared to do: dismantle ObamaCare.
Makes me glad I live in Florida.
Cause we now know he doesn't watch TV, unless it's his autobiography, "House of. Cards".
I knew House of Cards was about Democrats when, in season 1 episode 1, the main character strangled a dog.
