Zimmerman lawsuit against NBC “to start in earnest ASAP”

• Zimmerman should sue the whole god damn bunch of them, including the NAACP, and the DOJ. Then force a public apology from NBC for lying their asses off.

  • Nice thought PH. But the liars on the left will never ever admit they were wrong. They will make a secret settlement and pay millions, but never publically admit anything they did was wrong.

• The Martins are going to stop opening suitcases pretty damned soon. What ever happened to that bald guy and all those great legs? That was my favorite show.

• NBC's response to the suit was something like " well, all the other news outlets were bringing race into it too."

    I think I gave up on that in 5th grade.

• Ya'll know I'm not much for lawsuits or lawyers but in this case? I hope Beasley and company kick ass on NBC and line Zimmermans pockets big time. If I have ever heard a case for defamation of character and slander this is it.

  If the Martin family wants to try a wrongful death suit I say get after it. They better be careful of what they want though, the rules of evidence in civil suits are much less strict than in criminal trials. Treyvons life will be opened like a book and all the little things not allowed in this trial will be put out there for the world to see. Given the little things about the kid that have came out since this circus started, it may not be pretty for the Martin family.

• And if Mr. Zimmerman does get a nice check from NBC will the Martin family be inclined to file a wrongful death civil suit?

  • I believe from Legal Insurrection's site that if one is found not guilty by reason of self defense that in Florida there can be no wrongful death suit. I are engineer not pond scum sucking lawyer so I could be wrong.

    • There is so much logic to that that the law probably needs to be changed to enfranchise the logically challenged.

• Now that he won his case I do support him suing NBC. They muddied the waters . Hopefully the Martin's family will leave him alone and move on. Hopefully that will mean that the other people will also move on. If he wins his suit with NBC I am sure that they will.

• Oh yeah baby. I've been in withdrawal ever since the 'verdict'. Pass the creepy ass crackers and put the cat out. This is going to be good.
