It's like jury duty. You're only on it if you're not smart enough to get off it or you want to be on it.
That's the scary thing about jury trials. The people on the jury are too dumb to get out of jury duty, so what makes you think they are smart enough to understand the law?

Several. But not by choice. They see I have a college degree, that I am a nurse, and that I have experienced an auto related personal injury and they can't kick meout fast enough,
I always have in the past. Now that I'm retired, it might be fun. They'll toss me out when I mention nullification though.
