The way they drive in Korea this is entirely plausible. I've known people in the service stationed in S, Korea who tell me they never buy a new car because someone will hit it 10 minutes after they drive it off the lot.
That's OK, they'll just give them a license when they come over here.
And a 0% loan to buy a car and business.

It really is bad when people do not have any appreciation for human life and also when the only game in town that supplies any job benefits is the government and the government can kill you instead of firing you if you do not do your duties well... Scary...

I once heard a story told by Stalin's daughter. She said that she once heard her father talking to Beria about a dissident poet. They decided he should die in a traffic accident.
Stalin's version of a traffic accident: One cars cuts him off in the front and stops. Another car pulls in behind. Then a bunch of large, strong men get out of the trap cars, drag him out of his own car and beat him to death.
Now you know why North Korea is a Stalinist regime.
Well, in a Communist system, you can't just lay them off, it's against the law to be unemployed.
Just the communist way for dealing with those individuals who are not with the program. Pay close attention voters to what is happening in NK, if the communist in the WH wins another term, this will be coming here.
