I'll call bullshit on this, no way is 60% the right number. I'm betting the Clintoons steal at least 80% of the money donated to their various foundations. You have to remember all the kick backs their "aides" have to donate to the cause so they can keep their do nothing jobs.
The numbers I heard were that they donated $15 million to charity, and all but $200k went to the Clinton Foundation.
