  • Disturbing the education process? Well I am disturbed by the entire public education process who do I arrest? The local District Attorney looks to be aiming for higher office since he is gonna make an "example" out of this kid. It also appears the officers have shit for brains, and that seems to be a common problem of late, whatever happened to thinking? Talking? supporting the constitution? I guess I must really be old school since thats the way I did it...what a mess.

  • What if it was a Muslim kid? Came in with his rug or whatever and demanded the class be stopped so he can do his prayers? Fine and jail time too right? Oh... but a kid taking out her Bible during INDEPENDENT reading time in class or during lunch break is disrupting or whatever: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/10/02/AR2006100201238.html

I am sick of these jokers and their games. The WANT someone to shoot at them or something. They want a Christian to go ape ass crazy on one of them. They want that. They do. So they can JUSTIFY their persecution and then do even more. Yet crazy ass Muslims hey let's kiss their asses so they wont be crazy... How does this make any sense? I can't even imagine what is going to happen in the future but seriously we need to be ready. This thing may not seem very important but it is.

  • I'm sure that a student could come to school in a NAMBLA shirt and have no problems at all. Hell, might even get a special recognition award for it.

  • Okay, let me get this straight. A 14 year-old boy faces a $500 fine and jail time for "disturbing the education process" by exercising his First Amdendment rights while defending his Second Amendment rights.

I'd love to be on that jury, I'd go for nullification. The school employees and the police are the ones who truly belong on trial.

  • Frankly this situation is grounds for a forcible overthrow- starting with the local po-po who invented the charge of "disturbing the education process" and construing the wearing of a tee shirt as "making terrorist threats".. and of course the liberal shill "educators" need to be incarcerated for interfering with the morals of a minor. Anyone daring to pretend that we actually have constitutionally protected freedoms need to look no further than this story to know otherwise.

School kids are getting suspended from the public indoctrination centers for making gun gestures with their hands while at play. It is insanity but it's equally insane for the communities at large to tolerate it.

    • “disturbing the education process”, thanks for saving me the trouble. Back to the baseball, brats and beer. (Blue Moon C02, happy Father's Day)

    • That's right dopey, the government, in the form of the school administration and the police, are denying this kid his First Amendment rights, that's censorship.

You are not being censored, you have no right to post on a privately owned and operated blog. You can always find a blog stupid enough to let you post unrestrictedly or you could operate your own blog. Now if the government forbade you to post on the internet that would be censorship.

      Do you get the difference?

      • No, he doesn't. But he thinks he deserves to be heard. What he is finding out is that just because he says something that somebody has to listen, is not true.

    • Yes but not for being a moron like someone else we know. Go be nice to your father it's father's day.

      • Father's day is confusing for the Crowley's....Mom is not really sure who little Johnny's father is....She thinks it might be the mailman but she is not sure.....

  • The cop who the 8th grader is accused of 'obstructing' should be fired for not telling school officials it isn't his job to enforce unconstitutional restrictions on the 1st Amendment.

    • If there were 1000 kids like this kid in the country liberty would be rising instead of dieing. Pro-freedom activists who aren't afraid of being arrested are a powerful asset. The left took over the colleges with a smaller number than that.
