Remember that the majority of decisions made by the 9th Circus Court of idiots are over turned upon appeal..The hitch in that giddyup is we are a decent judge short on the supreme court. If they refuse to hear it it becomes law until appealed to the supremes in the future...15 Judges on the 9th Circus Court, and 11 of them are morons for which you can thank that serial rapist Bill Clintoon...

Fortunately, this only applies to Kalifornia, and the rest of the country can continue to go about their business.
Now, the 9th Circus is well knows as a severely leftard court, and has had more of it's decisions overturned than any other court. I wouldn't be too upset about this, it will never stand.
Applies to the 9 western states they cover, not just California.

A rational SCOTUS judge would look at this and Heller and especially McDonald and vote to overturn.

That can be their personal opinion, but their legal opinion and actions are unconstitutional. I don’t need to ask the government for permission to have a weapon of any kind. I can go and buy a tank if I want to and have it because I want it without explanation to the government. If the government wants to be afraid that my having a tank will somehow disrupt their rule that speaks more about them than about me. A just and lawful government should have no fear of its citizens. It should be secure enough in its just and lawful management of the people’s business, that it has no fear that the citizens will just up and rebel and kill off government officials. If I use the tank to hurt people that is my sin and criminality and I should be punished for hurting people, but my neighbor who also have a tank can use his tank to stop me (as law enforcement officials or the military may not get there in time to do it themselves) and therefore he should not be stopped from getting a tank either.
I shouldn’t have to explain to the government why I want a weapon. I shouldn’t have to be in IMMINENT danger for me to have a weapon that makes NO SENSE whatsoever. If I am in imminent danger, I will probably not have enough time to go and ask permission, pay taxes, wait around and get a weapon. By time I NEED to start the process I am already dead or injured. Getting a weapon AFTER the fact if I am lucky to be alive and able in body and mind to start the process, may mean that they won’t consider my request because the danger came and went. This is insane.
Nothing about this ruling is constitutional. This is absolutely unconstitutional in nature and I am surprised the SCOTUS hasn’t heard similar cases and ruled already on this issue.
Obviously no understanding of the words "Shall Not Be Infringed" These are the same assholes who force every immoral LGBT agenda on everyone. Time to impeach the whole bunch of them.
