Nothing from nothing, I lived in Florida while Jeb was governor and to Jeb's credit, he did not lift a finger to try to influence anyone during his daughter's legal woes. She went to JAIL for 10 days for violating her probation and he let her sit there. It was the right thing to do because she straightened her life out and got off of drugs and by all accounts is healthy and happy these days. I do not want him for POTUS, but he did the right thing and I have to respect him for that. I also believe if he had intervened, Noelle Bush would be dead of a drug overdose like several of the Kennedy kids ended up. As a parent I know it had to kill him to leave her to rot in jail but he did it anyway. I respect him for that. Oh and his wife is Mexican, born and raised, he met her there.

Appears the Bushes have used their connections to keep from having to face the consequences of their poor choices. There is NO WAY IN HELL that I will support Jeb Bush for President. It is time for those who truly love this country to tell the power brokers and the msm HELL NO you are not going to select the nominee. We the people are going to do it or you won't be getting the support that you need to rise through the political ranks.
Weepy Boehner, Lying Mitch, Caving Cantor and dip shit Rove need to take notice that the TEA party is not going away (see the results of Nebraska) and we are going to be a force with in or with out the Republican Party. Therefore all you RINOs just keep on keeping on and soon you will be extinct from politics. Get up off you knees and do what is right for this country and its citizens.
Even those of us who are not tea partiers recognize the dearth of reasonable candidates.

Yes, & it might be the end of the GOP altogether. But he will run for a couple of reasons...
1.He is being told by so many in the political/media establishment that he's the guy.
2.His family legacy demands it.
...he gets the nomination, the GOP is over, & maybe the nation as a whole.
He isn't going to make it through the primaries. The RNC is completely out of sync with the conservative wing of the Party. That element of the Party is a lot bigger and more motivated than they think. You will likely see Bush and Christie humiliated early. Rand Paul and Marco Rubio will struggle unless they walk back convincingly their voter ID and amnesty positions respectively.
Personally, I want to see a governor like Walker or Pence get into the race. Their track records speak for themselves.
I would have no problem with a Ted Cruz--Allen West ticket, and I could also support a Ted Cruz--Trey Gowdy ticket. Ted Cruz is eligible to be POTUS, his American mother (unlike Obama's mama who was 17 at his birth) was old enough to confer her American Citizenship to him at birth even though he was born in Canada, the same way John McCain (born in Panama) is also a natural born.
To my knowledge, we do not not ha v err military sites in Canada. I was s conceived in Germany and if not for Korea, I would have been born there. Even if I US e d l poo cal hospitals, I would still be a natural born citizen, since my Dad was stationed there at a military facility. If you Hong o Canada, and while you live there you have we a child I am not sure of the status of that child as eligible for citizenship. And I am not sure . If age of the American parent makes any difference.
McCain's father was in the military and John was born on a US military reservation. He is a citizen for that reason.
