Where was the ACLU when the original Patriot Act was signed by Bush? Oh well, better late than never.
I think I read the concept here that Roberts just might have had illegal NSA eavesdropping used against him to make his change of mind in the 0bama HellCare. I find this completely reasonable.
Given that all journalistos are lower than slime, this just might be a reason for some of their silences and deflection. Some, like 20%. The rest are stoned cold useful idiots and/or traitors.
I have no faith in the Federal courts. I applaud the ACLU, however.
Perhaps we need to re-visit why Roberts said Obamacare was Constitutional!?!?

It's about time the ACLU actually took a look at the Constitution and stood up for all of it. It took the attack on the 1st and 4th amendments to get them to get up and stand up to be heard. Now the ACLU needs to fight this all the way.
As for Snowden, does any one else remember Daniel Ellsberg and the pentagon papers? Nixon and his people called Ellsberg a traitor and broke into his psychiatrist office to prove that he was unstable. All it did was speed up the departure of Nixon.
Might as well sue Congress and the Senate while they're at it, they are all in on it.
Never thought I would ever say "Congratulations ACLU" at least someone has come to the realization that this puppet president violates the constitution on a weekly basis.
Thought I'd share a one sentence editorial that appeared in today's Journal Star....speaks volumes: "A pen in the hand of this president is far more dangerous than a gun in the hands of 200 million law-abiding citizens."
