This is what happens to gangster gov't when they can only extort their cashflow. But don't kid yourself, we are only a couple of steps behind, & the only reason we are not there just yet is enough people still see the US dollar as having some value...for now.
Yep that is going to change very very soon. I remember I think it was four or five years ago when several people (I remember a model specifically) were asking to be paid in Euros not dollars. At the time I thought that was so stupid, then after some time I wondered if they knew something we didn't know and now... it all makes sense.
Yeah for the moment. Within the next year or so that may radically change.
