Alabama secedes from the Union again. Alabama’s Supreme Court Chief Justice sent a letter to the governor urging him to join with state courts in ignoring last week’s federal court decision which struck down the state constitutional ban on same-sex marriage.

I hope nullification of Federal overreach catches on. The individual States need to exert their rights, demanding the Feds obey the 10th Amendment.

The 10th will be a moot point if they get the Article 5 Constitutional Convention that is being pushed.
Once they manage to get enough states on board to pull it off, they will be sending the same bunch of jackasses that are ignoring the Constitution now, to revise it. It will mean the end of the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 10th, not to mention several other protections we now are fighting to get them to follow.

Agreed...Federal judges, especially those appointed by dear leader are doing nothing more than making up shit as they go along. Time for a ban on lifetime appointments for federal judges as well as term limits for these idiots in D.C.
You do realize that some of these judges were appointed by Bush, right?
Be prepared for the US Supreme Court to rule that gay marriage is protected by the 14th amendment in June.
