Amid scandals, White House announces star-studded concert in East Room. We can hear Obama now: Let’s see, we have sequester, Benghazi, the IRS, Obamacare, Israel, Hamas, Syria, missing terrorists, GITMO, the Boston terrorists, Russia, gun control, the border, immigration reform and the economy is totaled out like a Fiat 500 that got run over by a logging truck. Hmm, I know! Let’s do something really important and have a concert! I can be the master of hegemony! I’ll do a takeoff on Al Green again! I’m, so in love with myself, whatever I want to do is all right with me.

Looking at the list of performers, I don't really want to go, but I don't want to pay for Obama and his band of cronies to go either.
If house republicans are looking for places to cut frivilous spending, they can start with the WH budget. After 4.5 years of over-the-top spending, Obama can eat pork-n-beans, play Xbox golf, and clean his own toilets for the next 3.5 years.

We then should start expanding our energy production. Drill where we have oil, expand our refining capacity, build more nuke power plants, & cut off all failing green energy subsidies. All of that, would be enough to fire up the economy, & that's before fixing the tax system to something that does'nt destroy economic growth.
You know how I know I'm right on this? Because "economists" like Robert Reich & Paul Krugman would disagree with out of that. Whatever they say to do, go the opposite direction, & things will be great.
So Obama had another concert gala at The White House? To quote Biden, "Big Fucking Deal". I was in Wisconsin for the last few days, & did 2 concerts & had more fun then the pukes he had in to kiss his ass. I left the TwinCities & drove to Milwaukee on Wednesday to see Ghost, who played in the 131 year old Turner Hall Ballroom. This clip was recorded right next to me, so it is exactly how I viewed the show from the barrier, with decent audio quality as well...

Thursday morning, I head back west, golfing at Devil's Head Resort, & then head into downtown Madison to see Volbeat for the 3rd time this tour & for the 6th time since last Valentine's Day. They played in a much newer venue, the 87 year old Orphieum Theater...

...tha clip was taken from behind where I was at the barrier. The audio was muffled. There was a different opener this time, Eye Empire, who were decent, & very fan freindly. They came down to the barrier after their set & thanked as many fans personally as they could. The barrier was almost a recieving line. I never seen that before, & they were only a support act who earned my respect.
Met some very nice people in Wisconsin, had lots of fun & laughs with them. I do believe in my heart I had a better time with them then those who went to lick Obama's ass in the East Room. I am on the floor, with the masses, having fun, seeing bands I like playing music I love. I would NEVER trade it for an East Room concert. Not in my lifetime.
