A small businessman is much less likely to vote for a Democrat then a drug dealer. Although I'm sure a small donation to the DNC might have gotten his sentence reduced.

Does BO not understand that the premature release of these "non-violent" felons will have a disparate impact on the poor urban dwellers who form their victim pool? Progressives must regard fish as more important than poor black people.
