He thinks he can be President in 2016, as does Martin O'Malley of Maryland. We are over if either happens. Hell, we are close now.
Martin O'Malley is definitely not ready for prime time. I saw him tripped up more than once on political talk shows during 2012. His delivery wasn't smooth or appealing, either. He lacks charisma. If Cuomo is serious about running for president, look for him to regularize his marital situation. He's divorced from one of Robert Kennedy's daughters and was living with cooking show host Sandra Lee as of 2011. I'm not sure if he has sought an annulment from the Catholic Church.
