On a side note, the U.S. Department of Energy has backed off on President Barack Obama’s goal of putting 1 million electric cars on the road by 2015. Sub-sidenote: Obama was clueless when he set that goal.

One can't help but wonder how many million was laundered through this failure of a company, back to the coffers of the DNC.
The sad part of this story is that the reporter was based in India (Reporting by Sakthi Prasad in Bangalore) writing on an American car company. Does the USA media even care to break stories any longer?
