• TMZ says they have photos of them having sex in the car but I can't see anything clearly enough to tell:

  Looks to me like she has her clothes on, in which case I don't care what she's doing, but TMZ quotes an eyewitness who describes a pretty graphic scene. So I don't know.

  • After reading that article, I can understand why someone might make a call, thinking that there's something illegal going on.

• Yeah, the publicist comment rubs us all the wrong way, she did herself no favors with that, but other than that I have to side with her. The person who made the call has obviously got some racial issues and thought it was a prostitute/john situation simply because it was a black woman and white man. I guaran-damn-tee, if it was two white people in the car, that phone call isn't made.

  The CNN video doesn't mention it but based on the boyfriend's description of the questions being asked that was the gist of the officer's "investigation," the prostitution angle. THAT'S why the officer wanted her identification. Prostitutes are notorious repeat offenders and he wanted her ID so he could call it in and see if she was a pro. I don't blame her for being upset and insulted. Personally, I don't know why the officer is precluded from using a little common sense. Some asshole makes a call, that doesn't mean you have to treat that call like it's sworn testimony from the Pope. Once the officer saw everybody was clothed and not even in the car anymore, he should have told them about the call to make sure they knew they were being observed and then moved on. Nothing was happening, no crime being committed, move on to something the taxpayers actually pay you for.
