Another video lie from network television news

Another video lie from network television news. This time it’s ABC with an animation showing the LAX shooter holding an M16 with attached M203 grenade launcher. In real life, Paul Ciancia used a Smith & Wesson M&P15 sporting rifle… not nearly scary-looking enough for gun-control preachers.

  • By the way, as soon as they're done demonizing anything semi-auto as an "assault weapon," that bolt action hunting rifle with the 5-round internal magazine -- you know, what they've been condescendingly calling "your grandfather's deer rifle" that they aren't going to take away -- THAT is suddenly going to become a "high-power sniper rifle."

    Any bets?

    • By the way, as soon as they’re done demonizing anything semi-auto as an “assault weapon,” that bolt action hunting rifle with the 5-round internal magazine — OH HELL NO, they come for my Mosin Nagent, they are going to get all the rounds first....then I will stack them 3 deep on the bayonet.

      • Nice! The Mosin Nagant, the $139 sniper rifle!
Too bad they are going up in price. Another side effect of the Obama attempt to ban guns.

    • It's a requirement, they need to marginalize veterans to wacko status.
Particularly poignant with this being Veterans Day weekend.

  • Next expect the NBC (National Bullshit Chanel) edited video where the shooter kills all the children in the airport.

  • Well, you can buy a 37mm device that looks like an M203 to mount under your AR15 barrel- ( it's useless and you can only fire flares and non-explosive ordnance through it ).
Maybe that madman had that as a weapon accessory, but I haven't seen any pictures of the weapon involved.

But likely it's just the lame stream media intentionally exaggerating a gun story, as they almost always do. >.<

  • You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it's an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.
