We get that here all the time. Not just shot too many times, but shot and killed (couldn't cop just shoot the gun from his hand, or shoot him in the leg) or indeed,why use a gun at all. Despite the criminal carrying an AK-47, the .should have asked himnicely to surrender, or at the most taze him. Its ridiculous. I'm with the cockatiel. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime!
