What difference does it make if it is constitutional? Who will hold the administration accountable?

Benghazi, A&P, IRS, NSA "invasion of privacy on a daily basis into our private lives, Homeland security, holder, voter intimation, letting lose terrorist, allowing illegals the run of the country and than pay them to be illegal as well...... and from congress we hear "crickets"

Arne Duncan the guy that made the Chicago school system what it is today. Looking to get that same kind of excellence throughout the nation.
And if he were able to reshape America's schools like they are in Chicago, most people won't be able to read much of this exchange.
