ATF blocking publication of whistleblower’s Fast and Furious book. Not because it reveals classified information or compromises ongoing law enforcement proceedings. But rather because, “This would have a negative impact on morale in the Phoenix [Office] and would have a detrimental effect on our relationships with DEA and FBI.” In other words, ATF doesn’t want the embarrassment.

Just because the Tax imposed is constitutional doesn't mean that Obamacare is a "good" law. Prohibition and slavery were both constitutional at one time!

It is one more offense against freedom of speech because God forbid the general public should findoutr what REALLY happened. The government has been manipulating the apparent truth for decades. I just watched a program that described New York Democrats trying to prevent Hispanic voters from voting with threats, poll taxes, and finally by closing polling locations 2hours early, thereby disallowing multile Hispanics in line the opportunity to vote. I am so sick of their High and Mighty, we are so wonderful to minorities bullshit!

So by following that "logic" we really shouldn't proceed with rape scandals in the military because doing so might hurt the morale of our armed forces...? Perhaps the justice department shuoldn't have pressed against Whitey Bulger because doing so might cast the pall of depression over the Italian community in and around Boston.
How about not proceeding with baseless accusations of racism and bigotry against conservative candidates because doing so hurts the morale of anyone with the guts to actually do his or her job in elected office?
