Nothing truly happens in a bubble... there is ALWAYS a warning. It is actually quite Biblical. For anything that happens good or bad there was always a warning, that is just how the world operates. So I agree with someone above that it is really not about "missing" the clues or the warnings, it is about someone (a group) ignoring the information that was provided and decided against action for whatever reason. Sometimes it is incompetence and/or laziness and sometimes it is part of a plan to see the world burn and everything in between. Someone mentioned PC... basically not wanting to be labeled a racist or a whatever phobe could be a reason and they passed the buck. This is highly irresponsible and everyone involved that ignored the warnings should be held accountable.
These idiots just made their cities the next five targets in Kalifornia...I wish they get what they so richly deserve....
Had the European Union just said NO to the invading horde, there would be 129 people alive today and we wouldn't have to worry about red flags.
I question the story's narrative... without a proven history of extremism I can accept that red flags were "missed" but in this day and age of post-(fill in the blank with the event of your choice) I see stories like this and figure if "missed" is equivalent to "willfully ignored" then I can accept the premise as "factual".

PC got 129 people killed on Nov 13th. That is all that can be said. Those who were unwilling to call them terrorist need to be named, investigated and then tried for their inactions.
