This runs way beyond the "Peter Principle," we're in uncharted territory here. Everyone of these dangerously incompetent bureaucrats should be in an MCDC (Medical Criminal Detention Center) in a padded cell and each of them should be wearing a straight jacket. I have another solution, but it's not currently legal!
I think Americans are getting a firsthand glimpse of how utterly incompetent the average government bureaucrat is. And they are learning something I've known for decades: the incompetence is not limited to the lower levels of the bureaucracy. Far from it. The incompetency actually gets worse the higher you go - Frieden and Obama are the perfect examples.
