• Here's the punchline: her motion for a gag order was denied because she filed it in the wrong court. She filed the motion May 14 in circuit court when the case was still in district court. The woman is so stupid and incompetent she makes Marie Harf look like Einstein.

• The stupid cow must be taking her cues from the Mayor, a close personal friend of that evil hag Valerie Jarrett. Nobody tries harder to shred our laws then that witch.

• The judge got it right and the communist hag had better hope that she isn't visiting Nifong for legal advice on how to avoid getting disbarred.

  • Nifong is white. Mosby not so much. She has little to worry about.

• Mosby couldn't legally refuse to release all information about Grey's autopsy results to the defense so she tries to go for a gag order. This alone should be grounds for misconduct and she should be removed from the case then suspended. If this isn't a case for disbarment I don't know what is.

• I have never understood how a gag order is remotely constitutional. I mean outside of the BDSM lifestyle. :-)

• If the judge had allowed the gag-order, and I was a defense attorney, I would become a giant pain in the ass for both Mosby ANDY the judge.
