See? I TOLD you we were all buddy buddy with the Russians now! Because they would never use those islands as bases to attack the US, nor would they stockpile any oil obtained in that area for their personal use, or have POS equipment that will break and cause a spill. Absolutely not.

As the price of gasoline rises in the coming months Obama will, 1) blame the Republicans, 2) demand a windfall profits tax on oil companies, 3) demand the funding of alternative energy sources, 4) blame BP, 5) blame the tensions in the Mid-East, 6) blame rich people who drive big gas guzzlers, and 7) blame George Bush. Listening to Obama you'd think someone else has been President the past four years.

But we'll take this a step further. He will play both sides of the street. Sure he is all gung-ho about increased drilling but then between the EPA, BLM and the Interior Dept they fall all over each other with new regulations and endless bureaucratic red tape.
