I once asked my tax attorney a question about how long my business could continue to lose money on paper, and not be declared a hobby. He went to the bookshelf and pulled out a book, the title was something like, "Business or Hobby?" He said it was the book that accountants and the IRS both use to answer the question. Then he had me look at the name on the spine. "Yes, I wrote the book." I love that guy.
