Also nearby, large hedge and mutual funds have lotsa people’s (including gov’t employees) pension money invested in companies like Unilever. To cut off captialism’s nose is to spite one’s own face.

Their peanut butter/chocolate is great. They're weird little progressive loons but they make a good product. In short, I'm conflicted.

I bought a small ice cream maker. The booklet with the recipies is pretty good, they have a chocolate peanut butter recipie that my father in law and I love. I find that if you use heavy cream where they tell you to use half and half, and use half and half where they tell you to use milk, you get a much richer smoother ice cream.

And I balance that by using Splenda instead of sugar. Since I'm diabetic, I can handle more fat, just not the sugar.

Poppa. Don't really analyze what you eat. Just choose foods from those groups. Try to eat a rainbow each day. Someof it may actually help your pain. I am with you. I try to eat well, but I indulge in dessert now and again, and even eat fried foods occasionally! (da-da-DAH) Enjoy life. Enjoy your food.

Well Rose, I do eat bran cereal for breakfast every morning and drink green tea all day. I know that's not enough, but I am not going to spend all my time worrying about what I can and can't eat when I am going to die anyway. I have so many pain issues that I don't really relish prolonging my life that much anyhow.

Actually, no you can't. Diabetics have a very high tendency to develop heart disease, so while some healthy fats are good, and mediate your sugars, heavy saturated fat may bot be a good idea in large quantities. Everything in moderation!
But Poppa, if you are diabetic, then you are also are at risk for heart disease. Please watch the fat intake, I kinda like having you around.

Iv'e tried their ice cream a few times but they leave a bad taste so I don't buy their liberal beliefs or their ice cream.
If I want to spend too much money on an awesome ice cream, I buy a Dove Bar, vanilla ice cream with milk chocolate coating, DECADENT!!
