Bergdahl Pleads Guilty to Desertion, Misbehavior. We hope he gets life + 5 years. Good men died because of his actions. He needs to pay up.
The misbehavior charge carries a maximum penalty of life in prison, while the desertion charge is punishable by up to five years.

Let's all remember that Obama traded five Muslim terrorists for this guy and Susan Rice went on all the talk shows to tell us he was worth the trade because he was a prisoner of war. How many times does that make that Rice went on the talk shows to lie through her teeth to the American public? What I do not understand is why there are no repercussions for her.
This plea deal was done to prevent barky and sleazy rice from having to testify in his court martial. barky was the first person listed on the defense list of witnesses.

It's ridiculous. She's the one who was on the talk shows telling everybody Benghazi was about a YouTube video. She's the one who's been defending all the spying on Trump's campaign. She's the designated liar for the Obama administration. At some point, she needs to be prosecuted. You know what Martha Stewart went to prison for? Not for insider trading like everybody thinks. She lied. Same for Scooter Libby. They said he lied. No underlying crimes for either of them, they simply lied when a federal investigator was questioning them. With all these lies from Susan Rice, has she never once lied to a federal investigator? I'm absolutely certain she has. Federal investigators and the Obama administration were like flies around shit. This woman needs to face the repercussions.

Nope. Pleading guilty instead of going to trial and being convicted will give him a break on his sentence. I'm sure both he and his lawyers knew that, too.
They didn't want to go to trial because they knew they would be effed so they took the coward's way out. Big surprise there.
