Bezos lands rocket safely. One of the coolest videos ever. Start at about 1:40 to watch the rocket stick the landing. Notice that Bezos, the capitalist from Amazon, landed his rocket almost directly on the bullseye, whereas Musk, the government subsidy leech loved by liberals because he makes electric cars, watched his last rocket blow up before it went anywhere.

When they started the engine to slow the freefall, the way the rocket wobbled looked to me like an impending disaster. But somehow the computers and gyros got control. And that part at the end where it wobbles itself thirty or forty feet over to the bullseye before touching down... well that was simply stupendous.
I was a bit nervous when I saw that, but it just fixed itself in terrific fashion. Hats off to Bezos.
I like Bezos. I like how he is killing the insular and exclusive publishing industry. And I hope he beats Musk in the new space race too.
