I can see a drone being used for hot pursuit of a criminal, in much the role of the helicopter. But this is going way over the top, this is totalitarianism.
Just more nanny from the nanny man. There is not a single reason to have drones over US Cities unless that city is under some type of attack.
Wouldn't the drones be considered instruments of attack?
