Bob Turner gets court order impounding non-regular NY-9 ballots. So I got off the phone with the lawyer who filed this case, and they’re impounding the non-regular ballots (i.e. absentee & provisional) because of “gross incompetence” on behalf of the Board of Elections, citing “absentee ballots being mailed to dead people and people who did not request them.”

So does this mean that the Demonrat got even fewer votes than it seemed?
At least the Republicans learned from the mess in MN, when the senatorial election was stolen using absentee ballots.
I hope so, & I'm in MN. I did'nt feel for Norm Coleman either, since he did'nt fight for his Senate seat. Maybe he did'nt know what he was up against. BTW, the same people who stole the WA election for governor, were brought in for Franken, & they did it again. Coleman should have known that & put up a fight.
Interesting how the Dems always seem to get that "dead" vote!
I guess the dead people figure that the Dems will only tax them one more time, then they don't have to worry about it any more.
