• I don't know why everyone is celebrating. Obama doesn't care what some judge says. He will continue to do whatever he wants to do, as he has done since the beginning. The only thing that could stop him is Congress, and they don't have the stones.

  After an 1832 ruling by the Supreme Court, President Jackson commented on the impotence of the judicial system with the now-famous words, "[Chief Justice] John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!" Exactly. If Obama continues to grant de facto amnesty, what exactly can a federal judge do about it? Answer: nothing.

  • Which means this amounts to little more than a charade to placate the grassroots right- and it seems to be having that effect.

    • Correct. Both establishment GOP and the Democratic Party want amnesty. It will happen and the country will suffer greatly as a result. That too is part of the strategy.

  • Well for now anyway, the constitution is first string and Jug Ears is the J.V.I am sure he was stomping his feet and bitching and moaning this morning already. I doubt whether he will follow the judges order.. I am sure the magic Pen and Phone will make another appearance. The demotards are also suspiciously quiet about this this morning....That means they are up to no good like always.

    I hope the judge stands his ground against the Oshithead Administration.
