And all these countries are in this hemisphere. No commnet on the illigal immigrants from other countries (and there are plenty) these countriess are simply admitting that they can't provide for their own!

The lawsuit was filed in U. S. District Court in Atlanta and is being handled by a Federal judge - that is how the countries have been able to sue. The U. S. Government filed the lawsuit I understand. Thanks, Eric the Holder.

From my limited knowledge of the law, a person has to have actual damages of some kind in that particular jurisdiction to have standing in a jurisdiction. What are the damages?
Legally, they have no standing by being a foreign entity.
Preventing their felons from leaving their country.
I'm thinking that if the lawsuit goes ahead, Georgia should humiliate these countries publicly through the discovery process.
The Georgia Court Should reject this outright. These countries probably have no standing in a State Court. Immigration Laws are Federal ! This is a publicity stunt.
If they do, they'll just take it to the 9th circus court!
I've got a better idea, lets sue the UN, get them all at the same time, might cut back on legal fees that way.

I have a better idea. Let's just cut off the UN's money. Order the place closed and sent to Europe. That way all of them can be on the same continent while destroying it.

Georgia should turn around and sue the eleven counties for, well, just being stupid for one. Then sue them for having more strict immigration laws using the same reasoning the countries are using against Georgia. What a bunch of assholes. Go get 'em Georgia!
Well, actually, our federal government isn't supposed to allow foreign countries to use our court systems to perform lawfare upon local governments. However, to do that would take an administration not composed of asshats and f*ckwits unable to understand that just because these countries are working for their liberal cause du jour, that next week, they may be interfering with something they like.
The phrase that needs to be uttered to these countries: "Butt the f*ck out.".
