Clearly the GOP furnishes nothing more than the illusion that we have any alternative to the activist left that is currently legislating high treason.
How do these spineless curs think they'll be immune when the sh*t hits the fan and N0bama turns his caged weasels loose to punish us? Don't they remember what happened to all those communist eggheads and village idiots that helped Stalin come to power? Most of them were executed for various crimes against the state after Stalin and his henchmen gave them really spiffy show trials...from the old film footage, most of them looked like frightened deer caught in the headlights of on coming cars. They were betrayed and then murdered by the very man they helped place at the top of their political heap! Go figure!

If we are talking pure politics, this isn't all bad. I doubt it gets anywhere in the House. If it comes to a vote in the senate, then Dem Senators in red states have to vote for it and they will catch hell next election cycle. Pryor has to be begging McCain to reconsider.

At this point he claims to be still on the filibuster side. He is a shrewd politician and knows those of us in the BlueGrass state are watching his every move on shit like this.
Not surprising. At least Lee, Cruz and Paul have the balls to stand up and for their principles. Chicken shit RINOs like McCain and Graham want it both ways. Vote for cloture and then vote against the pos legislation.
The RINOs are worried about the tea party, the damn better be as we have long memories and will make those fence sitters pay. Just ask Luger.
I don't buy it. It shouldn't get out of cloture. If I'm wrong, then that's it for the GOP and no need for a two party system.
I'm with you, if the GOP caves on this one, they will lose all their support, and we'll be living under 1984 conditions before the end of Obama's term.
