Didn't Stalin and Hitler try the same thing?
Hitler called them ghettos and Stalin called them gulags. When the diseases start to ravage those who are placed in these so called new countries, what then? Will they be permitted to "escape" to spread the diseases they are infected with? Wait, that is right, they are already doing it now. Look at the out break of measles in the Western USA.
Does that mean that this new country will have it's own economy and pay for it's own welfare? I didn't think so. This new country will not have an economy because in order to have an economy you have to produce something and have someone to pay taxes to support the hordes of welfare moochers and thieving politicians. Seems to me the new country will be yet another hemorrhoid on America's ass.
