I made that point last night on social media that he is a fool that doesn't realize that it was the Democrat party that put his parents and him in an internment camp. What is that Tubman said?

Thomas is not a slave, but he is being treated like he should allow himself to be for his own uppity good, whereas fools like Takei ARE slaves and are delusional thinking that they are free because they choose to be in the Democrat plantation and they are better than everybody else. Those of us minorities and women that stray from the Progressive plantation need to learn our places. The plantation formen like Takei, DWS, MSNBC, CNN, Oliver Willis, Slate, Mother Jones, Think Progress, Media Matters, etc have to teach us.

When someone says they should retire the confederate flag because of its history with racism, I ask if they should eliminate the Democratic Party also, since it has much more history and influence on racism in our country's past than any flag.

To be fair, it's highly questionable whether any options making it to the primary, let alone a November ballot, represent conservative interests.
It seems that liberals have co-opted conservatism as a label and designate their own to disguise themselves as conservative.

I learned about the Japanese interment camps from my Dad. It . Was never mentioned in school.
It use to be in the history books, along with the fact a several thousand German POW's were held in America....A lot of people did not know that.
